Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in site development and industrial projects.
• Experience with due diligence and site feasibility studies.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development, grading, drainage, and earthwork analyses for large facilities.
• Perform technical due diligence and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Support site selection, land acquisition, and project planning.
• Prepare and review civil construction drawings and specs.
• Develop permitting packages and engage AHJ requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, energy, water, environmental, and permitting teams.
