Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Civil Design EIT focused on Mission Critical Data Center projects within the Community Development Group. You will work on data center projects nationwide, collaborating with a core team dedicated to serving Fortune 10 clients and complex commercial programs.

Join a multidisciplinary group that handles site due diligence, entitlement, permitting, construction documents, and cost estimation, with opportunities to grow in civil site design across regions and project sizes.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering; EIT or ability to take within 6 months.
• Co-op/internship preferred; 1–2 years civil engineering experience for more senior roles.
• Valid driver's license; good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil design and technical tasks under supervision, including site design, grading, drainage, utility design, and AHJ coordination.
• Prepare reports, construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and project partners to deliver quality civil site design.
• Conduct field observations and support construction activities.
