Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team is looking for an Electrical Engineer - EIT to join a multidisciplinary project team. You will work under the guidance of a Senior Engineer on tasks and smaller projects, evaluating and specifying engineered electrical systems and verifying compliance with codes and standards.

You will prepare design documents and reports, apply engineering concepts to electrical design, coordinate with other teams, and assist with advanced technical activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• EIT Certification preferred.
• Experience with REVIT and CAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop project deliverables from design documents to technical reports.
• Apply basic engineering concepts for electrical design, analysis, and investigation.
• Coordinate tasks with other teams across the firm and external sources.
• Assist senior engineers with advanced technical activities.
• Use REVIT and CAD to prepare project deliverables and production tasks.
