Job summary

Stantec in Atlanta is seeking a Civil Design EIT to support Mission Critical Data Center projects nationwide. You will contribute to site design, entitlement, permitting, and construction documents as part of a dedicated core team.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and clients, perform civil design tasks, analyze constraints, and help develop cost-effective, compliant solutions for Fortune 10 scale facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil design and technical tasks under supervision of the Project Manager or Project Engineer.
• Use relevant software to complete civil design tasks.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and project partners.
• Perform field work as directed by a senior engineer/supervisor.
• Compute quantities and assist in cost opinions.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors and support project delivery.
• Assist in gathering data to support design decisions.
• Verify compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Support in design integrity, reliability, and efficiency.
• Contribute to construction coordination and documentation.
