Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Capacity Planner to manage the end-to-end demand planning and delivery for its capacity, spanning cloud regions, on-prem sites, and neocloud blocks. You will convert forecasts into per-tranche requirements and drive cross-functional engagement to secure usable capacity.

Responsibilities include signing off on deliverability, maintaining the integrated schedule, and publishing actionable metrics.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large-scale infrastructure—cloud regions, accelerator clusters, HPC systems, or bare-metal fleets.
• SQL and Python skills to build your own reporting and answer questions.
• A technical degree or equivalent engineering track record.

Responsibilities

• Turn demand forecasts into per-tranche requirements for accelerator, interconnect, region, and date.
• Qualify tranches for deliverability before signature and ensure land schedulable, healthy, instrumented state.
• Close the delivery loop by tracking forecast-versus-delivered and feeding variance back into planning.
• Own the bring-up system of record and define the canonical contract-to-occupied state machine.
