Job summary
Jobot is seeking an experienced systems specialist/technician to travel to data center construction sites and perform preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and commissioning of BAS/BMS and HVAC controls with minimal supervision. You will handle point-to-point checkouts, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and controls issues, and complete project documentation.
The role requires 3+ years in building automation, willingness to travel 70-100% (lighter if local to OH, NV, WI), and familiarity
Qualifications
- 3+ years building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience.
- Willingness to travel to client sites roughly 70-100% of the time; lighter if local to OH, NV, WI.
- Familiarity with Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider Electric, ALC, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or other BAS/BMS systems.
- Experience with Data center construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Travel to data center construction sites to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and commissioning of systems with minimal supervision.
- Conduct point-to-point checkouts and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and controls issues.
