Job summary
Integra seeks a Field Service Solutions Specialist – Controls to act as the subject matter expert for BAS and BMS systems across modular data centers. You’ll support factory testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field integration at client sites, traveling as needed to ensure performance.
You will train technicians, collaborate with engineering and QA, and help drive continuous improvements in control sequences and system reliability.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience with BAS/BMS systems or similar.
- Experience commissioning, tuning, programming, or troubleshooting complex control systems.
- Background in modular construction, industrial controls, or data center systems preferred.
- Experience providing technical support or training to technicians a plus.
- Assoc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as embedded controls SME at Integra's facilities to develop deep knowledge of BAS/BMS, PLCs, VFDs, networking.
- Lead commissioning efforts for controls systems including sensor verification and network configuration.
- Provide remote troubleshooting, programming assistance, and documentation for field staff.
