Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a BAS Field Engineer to install and service Building Automation Systems (BAS) across the United States, with nationwide travel. This role requires independent work, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent customer interaction.

Travel up to 95%–100% is required, including some weekend work. The position is full-time, offering a salary of $80,000–$90,000 per year plus medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K matching up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in BAS, Electrical, or Mechanical system installation or service.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Certification: N4 Certification required.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude.

Pay range and compensation package

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
