BAS/BMS Critical Facilities Technician Opportunity

We are a national building automation and energy services provider with private financial backing that provides full-scope building smart building automation.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BAS/BMS Critical Facilities Technician to join our team. You may be based anywhere in the United States; however, you must be willing to travel up to 80% to customer sites throughout the US. Sites include Denver, Phoenix, San Jose, Omaha, Chicago, DC, Atlanta, and more.

As a critical facilities technician on our team, you will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of BAS/BMS and DDC controls at customers' critical facilities (i.e., Datacenters). This role will require up to 80% travel to customer sites. Responsibilities include performing start-up, checking, testing, system diagnostics, and commissioning.

Job Details

MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or HVAC controls experience
• Willingness to travel up to 80% to client sites throughout the US.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or others.
• DDC Controls
• Critical facilities/infrastructure experience, particularly Data-centers.
