Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, investment banking, M&A, private equity, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to handle complex financial/investment information.
• Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and financial analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting and execution of real estate acquisitions, joint ventures, M&A transactions, and development opportunities.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, IRR and NPV analyses, sensitivities, and scenario testing.
• Evaluate investment opportunities through market research, financial analysis, due diligence, and assessment of risks and value creation opportunities.
• Monitor the financial and operational performance of existing investments against budgets and plans.
• Support project funding and construction draw processes with Finance, Project Accounting, lenders, and partners.
• Support development/entitlement activities and assess impact on timing, underwriting, and strategy.
• Coordinate due diligence across internal teams, consultants, legal, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare investment memoranda, financial analyses, portfolio reporting, and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
