Job summary

ACCE, Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment, seeks a Data Associate to support the Development & Data team in Los Angeles. You will help manage grants, data infrastructure, and reporting while training staff on new data practices.

Join a statewide organization focused on empowering communities, with duties including data tracking, invoicing support, and system administration across ACCE offices and fiscally sponsored groups.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work/experience as a Data Associate or similar role.
• Strong spreadsheet knowledge and skills.
• Specifically experience with google sheets, excel and formula building.
• Ability to critically think through complex problems.
• Sufficient understanding of math and finance to help track reporting and invoices.
• Aptitude to acquire and learn new technologies and software.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Data Team on tracking, reporting systems, and data infrastructure.
• Compiling data and documents for grant/contract invoices and grant management.
• Work with Data team and LA staff to build data capacity, websites, and software.
• Managing Online accounts such as Nationbuilder and Hustle.
• Effectively meet regular deadlines for recurring processes
• Upload and clean contact lists on PDI, CallEVO, ThruText, and Survey123.
• Pull and compile reports from PDI, CallEVO, ThruText, Survey123.
• Collect and report monthly outreach and attendance data.
• Provide technical support for ACCE Staff
