Amity Foundation in Los Angeles is seeking a Grant Compliance Advocate to monitor a network of community-based organizations and ensure compliant grant administration for Care First and related funds. The role focuses on fidelity, service quality, licensure, staff qualifications, and data entry training.

The position involves working with a team to review contracts, provide on-the-ground support, and maintain positive relationships with subgrantee organizations. Strong data skills are required.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Social Sciences or related fields.
• Two years of full-time administrative or programmatic experience in social services.
• Experience substituting education year-for-year.
• Lived experience with incarceration, addiction recovery, poverty, foster care, or system involvement is a plus.
• Experience collecting and entering data to demonstrate deliverables is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and provide technical assistance to subcontracted Service Providers for compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with network of subcontracted Service Providers.
• Provide evaluation and support to diverse service providers across Los Angeles County.
• Develop and issue grants or service contracts in line with Exhibit 1, Administered Programs of the TPA project.
• Ensure access to training for monthly data entry and grant reporting.
• Establish ongoing quality assurance monitoring processes and quarterly meetings.
• Conduct program reviews and oversee corrective action plans for service providers.
• Report to Grant Administrator and senior management on compliance progress.
