Job summary

Community Partners seeks a full-time, hourly (non-exempt) Program Associate. Reporting to a Program Director, this role collaborates with team members on grantmaking, convening, training, and technical assistance, providing high-level administrative, events, and programmatic support for intermediary programs.

The staff work primarily remotely or hybrid-remote at ADA-accessible offices in the California Endowment building, with occasional in-person local travel to Los Angeles County.

Reporting to a Program Director, this position works in collaboration with team members on a range of activities, including grantmaking, convening, training, and technical assistance. This position provides high-level administrative, events, and programmatic support for the planning, execution, and development of intermediary programs.

Community Partners staff are working primarily remotely or hybrid-remote at our ADA-accessible offices in the California Endowment building. This role requires occasional in-person local travel to provide on-site event and convening support in Los Angeles County.
