Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data modernization programs from discovery to stabilization.
• Oversee migration from SSIS/SQL Server to Snowflake and cloud architectures.
• Manage cross-functional onshore/offshore teams, ensuring delivery and cost objectives.
• Engage with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and customer teams.
• Drive governance, risk management, compliance, and executive program reviews.
• Ensure data quality, validation, reconciliation, and downstream system alignment.
• Support solutioning, estimations, SOW development, and practice leadership.

Summary

Seeking a Data & Analytics Program Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead large-scale data modernization and migration programs, driving transformation from legacy platforms (SSIS/SQL Server) to modern cloud solutions (Snowflake). The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and Insurance domain expertise (P&C preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data modernization programs, including discovery, migration, validation, and stabilization.
• Oversee migration from SSIS/SQL Server to Snowflake and modern cloud architectures.
• Manage cross-functional onshore/offshore teams, ensuring delivery, quality, and cost objectives.
• Engage with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and customer teams.
• Drive governance, risk management, compliance, and executive program reviews.
