Job summary

Zyntek is seeking a seasoned Data Modernization Program Manager to guide enterprise data transformations from legacy SSIS/SQL Server to cloud-native architectures such as Snowflake. The role demands strong program leadership, excellent executive communication, and proven ability to manage large, multi-site teams.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in data analytics and engineering program management, with Insurance domain experience and familiarity with managed services transitions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data analytics and data engineering program management.
• Proven experience managing large data modernization migration programs.
• Strong experience in Insurance domain (PC preferred).
• AI-driven data engineering automation frameworks exposure.
• Experience transitioning programs into Managed Services MSM models.
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams onshore/offshore.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Drive standardization best practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead largescale enterprise data transformation initiatives using SSIS and SQL Server to modern cloud-based architectures (Snowflake).
• Act as the primary interface to executives and stakeholders throughout the program.
• Coordinate distributed onshore/offshore teams and transitions to Managed Services MSM models.
