Qualifications

15+ years in data, analytics, data engineering, or program management.
Strong Insurance (P&C) domain experience.
Experience with Snowflake, SSIS, ETL/ELT, and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of data governance and AI-driven data engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data modernization programs from discovery to stabilization.
Oversee migration from SSIS/SQL Server to Snowflake and cloud architectures.
Manage cross-functional onshore/offshore teams, ensuring delivery and cost objectives.
Engage with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and customer teams.
Drive governance, risk management, compliance, and executive program reviews.
Ensure data quality, validation, reconciliation, and downstream system alignment.
Support solutioning, estimations, SOW development, and practice leadership.
