Our client is seeking an experienced Data Program Manager to lead multiple, interconnected data transformation initiatives within a growing, mission-driven organization. This role manages a portfolio of complex programs spanning cloud data platforms, analytics modernization, and real-time data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple, interdependent data transformation programs from planning through execution
• Manage program plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource alignment across teams
• Establish KPIs to track delivery, data quality, performance, and adoption
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to drive alignment, communication, and change management
• Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs; elevate decisions with clear impact analysis
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineering, BI, infrastructure, and platform teams
• Provide clear status reporting, documentation, and governance throughout the program lifecycle

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or portfolio management experience delivering complex technology or data transformations
• Strong technical background in cloud data platforms and large-scale data migrations
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent programs with shared dependencies
• Expertise in stakeholder management, executive communication, and change leadership
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and modern project management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Hybrid work environment (onsite presence in Southern California required)
