Schuber Mitchell Homes LLC is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead a team that designs, develops and deploys reports and dashboards to support sound business decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, establish best practices for data visualization, governance, and data quality, and deliver scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer information systems, computer science, or STEM preferred but not required.
5+ years of experience with SQL databases, SSIS, ETL, APIs, and data models.
Experience leading a data analytics team.
Experience with dashboard/reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau) on large datasets.
Ability to translate complex technical designs into business language.
Strong communication and leadership under tight timelines.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Lead the data analytics team in turning business needs into reports and dashboard designs.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base for best practices in data visualization and training end-users.
Establish and enforce standards for data requirements, governance, BI reporting, and data quality.
Lead project execution for data analytics initiatives.
Undertake any other projects or duties as assigned.
