Job summary
SWBC seeks a Data Analytics Manager to lead a team of Data Analysts and BI Developers, translating complex business problems into data solutions. You will define analytics strategy and manage delivery of dashboards, reports, and presentations to executives.
You will mentor the team, oversee governance, and stay current with trends, ensuring high-quality insights that drive business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
- 8+ years in data analytics with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Experience leading and managing a data team.
- Experience developing and implementing a data analytics strategy.
- Strong SQL, Python, and BI tool proficiency.
- Excellent communication and leadership, presenting data to diverse audiences.
- Experience with project management, goal setting, and performance management.
- Understanding of cloud services and data warehousing concepts.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data professionals.
- Define and execute the data analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects.
- Oversee design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as liaison between analytics and executive leadership.
- Champion data governance and security practices.
- Stay updated on new data analytics technologies and trends.
