Job summary

CITY HOME is hiring a Product Owner - Data Analytics to lead the vision, roadmap, and backlog for our analytics products across reporting platforms, dashboards, and data pipelines. You will partner with Data Engineers, Analysts, and business leaders to translate questions into data requirements and deliver trusted insights.

You will manage prioritization, define success metrics, and ensure quality data governance while driving self-service analytics for associates and leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data/analytics products (3–5 years).
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and BI tools.
• Ability to translate business questions into data requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize backlog for data analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and metrics.
• Work with Data Engineers to scope dashboards, models, pipelines.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of insights.
