Job summary

Rent the Runway is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead high‑impact analytics initiatives and own core data models describing customers and the business. You will partner with leaders across the organization to create rich reporting and dashboards that enable data‑driven decisions, with KPIs defined to drive continuous improvement.

You will start as an individual contributor and grow into people leadership.

Qualifications

• Six plus years of hands-on experience with large data sets and analytics in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degrees a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analytics initiatives with cross-functional teams to identify data visibility gaps.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to collect data supporting business objectives.
• Develop scalable, reusable data models powering dashboards and reports.
• Partner with Data Engineering to design and maintain data pipelines for accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze key business areas to identify optimization opportunities and experiments.
• Define and monitor KPIs to influence decisions across the company.
• Build and maintain Looker dashboards and reports for up-to-date insights.
• Drive best practices across the Data Team including governance and documentation.
