As a data-driven leader, you will manage dashboards, SQL queries, and stakeholder communications, guiding analytics from data gathering to actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a data analyst or data scientist.
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline is highly preferred.
• Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and Excel; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; team-oriented.
• Positive, collaborative attitude aligned with a friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards; identify enhancements and promote usage.
• Analyze program data to evaluate market potential and provide recommendations.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Run database queries (Redshift DW) and program data analysis as requested.
• Gather and prioritize user requirements and manage user acceptance testing.
• Write user manuals, train users, and support reporting tools.
• Manage projects and client communication; influence stakeholders on solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
