Job summary

Subway is seeking a data analytics professional to maintain and enhance the standardized reporting suite for the Development organization. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and provide insights that drive restaurant growth and portfolio optimization.

Collaborate with Development, IT, and business teams to translate data into actionable recommendations. The role emphasizes analytics consulting, dashboard development, and stakeholder communication to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of data analytics, reporting, or BI experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau and Smartsheet.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
BI reporting and dashboard development using Tableau, Excel and Smartsheet.
Strong SQL development/scripting, preferably Amazon Redshift.
Ability to work independently and translate requests into actions.
Experience building workflows in Alteryx.

Responsibilities

Develop reporting and dashboard maintenance for the Development suite.
Handle ad hoc reporting and data requests from multiple departments.
Develop tools and dashboards to support the Development team's strategic actions.
Analyze and present actionable results to cross-functional partners.
Act as strategic analytics consultant for Development decisions.
