Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing role with experience managing issues externally.
• 2+ years with large datasets and distilling analyses into insights.
• 4+ years of technical work using analytical tools and writing reports.
• 2+ years experience in SQL with filtering, aggregation, and CTEs; or Python/R with data libraries.
• 5+ examples/projects demonstrating strong business reporting communication.
• 1+ years experience in healthcare, finance or the insurance industry.
• 1+ years experience with Google Sheets or Excel including VLookup and nested statements.
• 2+ years experience developing dashboards with Looker or BI tools.
• 2+ years experience in healthcare analytics, reporting, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across and outside the organization to solve complex data issues.
• Triages data issues, identifies root causes, and partners with engineering, data, and customer success teams.
• Communicate data findings to audiences with varying technical knowledge.
• Lead scoping and execution of analytical requests with stakeholders.
• Speak to prepared analyses internally and externally when needed.
• Communicate with external customers and internal teams as first contact for production issues.
• Drive dashboards enhancement to meet evolving user needs.
• Identify opportunities to create models and tools to streamline processes.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships to identify actions and monitor impact.
• Support other strategic projects and potentially lead a team of data analysts.
