Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience: At least five years in academic medical center or complex healthcare, with three years of progressive leadership.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: strong leadership, analytics, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Develops and sustains quality data and analytics infrastructure aligned with goals.
• Leads a team of data analysts with coaching and professional development.
• Oversees data structures, metric logic, and analytics frameworks for quality reporting.
• Represents the analytics function on committees and governance forums.
• Partners with leadership to deploy reporting tools and analytics.
• Oversees regulatory reporting activities to national standards.
• Generates insights to support leadership decision-making.
