Job summary

WoodmenLife is seeking a Data Analytics Intern for Summer 2027 at the Home Office in Omaha, NE. You will participate in analytics, reporting, and process-improvement initiatives to deliver actionable insights for business goals.

The 10-week program emphasizes hands-on experience, mentorship, and collaboration within an Agile environment to grow data-driven decision making in the insurance industry.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, MIS, or Data Analytics.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
• Available to work 38.75 hours per week.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Passion for making an impact in local communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Gain hands-on experience through planning, execution, and evaluation of real-world projects.
• Summarize and present capstone internship experience with outcomes and learnings.
• Collaborate in an Agile-driven team and support data analysis activities.
