This role partners with executives across analytics, operations, technology, and strategy to modernize analytics, including Databricks adoption and AI-enabled workflows.

The ideal candidate will drive decisions that improve patient, operational, customer, and financial outcomes while championing scalable data governance and trusted datasets.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in analytics or data science roles.
• Experience leading analytics teams and translating business problems into analytical questions.
• Experience applying AI or generative AI to analytics workflows.
• Healthcare/pharma/payer or related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Partner with business leaders to identify key questions and opportunities analytics can support.
• Deliver insights that improve patient, operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
• Develop cross-business analytics to identify trends and leading indicators.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to senior leaders and nontechnical audiences.
• Collaborate with data engineering, technology, governance, and other teams to ensure trusted, scalable data.
