Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst II to design and deliver analytics solutions via Power BI dashboards within Ryder's Azure Data Lake environment.

You will collaborate across teams to shape data into intuitive visuals that drive strategic decisions and support supply chain use cases. The role emphasizes building expert knowledge of Ryder's supply chain analytics, working with analysts and data scientists, and advancing streaming data and sandbox experimentation to push the boundaries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent.
• Two years or more applied project experience in digital transformation or data management.
• Two to four years' experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis; cloud experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards by understanding business needs, interpret the integrated data and translate into usable visualizations.
• Engage the business, evaluating needs and ad-hoc requests to prioritize product efforts creating new solutions.
• Understand Ryder's business and the complexity of the supply chain, and the role data plays.
• Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core value-add functionality.
