Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst II to deliver business solutions for the operations team using a Power BI-based approach. You will build dashboards and reports in Ryder's Azure Data Lake, becoming a domain expert in supply chain use cases and collaborating with analysts and scientists.

You will drive descriptive and prescriptive insights, support agile development, and push the envelope of big data in a fast-paced environment with external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent
• Two or more years of applied project experience in digital transformation or data management.
• Two or more years of dashboard creation for diagnostic analysis across the business; cloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards by understanding business needs and translating data into usable visualizations to drive decisions.
• Engage the business to prioritize ad-hoc requests and create innovative solutions.
• Understand Ryder's supply chain and the role of data within this ecosystem.
• Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core value-add functionality.
