Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst II to deliver final business solutions to the operations team via Power BI experiences.

The role shapes data into visually compelling designs and will become a domain expert in supply chains, driving analytics initiatives in Ryder's Azure Data Lake. You will design critical dashboards, reports, and queries to guide strategic decisions, perform ad-hoc analyses, and identify descriptive and prescriptive insights for Ryder teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent.
• 2+ years of applied project experience in digital transformation or data management.
• 2+ years (2-4 years) of dashboard creation for diagnostic analysis; cloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards by interpreting business needs and data into visualizations.
• Engage with the business to prioritize requests and design innovative solutions.
• Understand Ryder's supply chain domain to contextualize analytics.
• Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core functionality.
