Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Data Analyst II to deliver final business solutions via Power BI experiences for the operations team.

You will shape data into clear visualizations, become a supply chain domain expert, and work on cutting-edge data technology within Ryder's Azure Data Lake to drive analytics initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent required.
Master's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent preferred.
2+ years of applied project experience in digital transformation, data management in academic/project or intern settings.
2+ years or more (2-4 years) of dashboard creation experience for diagnostic analysis; cloud experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop dashboards by understanding business needs and translating data into usable visualizations to drive decisions.
Engage stakeholders to prioritize ad-hoc requests and create innovative solutions.
Understand Ryder's supply chain domain and data ecosystem to enhance analytics.
Improve data maturity and integration to standardize core value-add functionality.
