Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst II to deliver Power BI dashboards and analytic solutions from Ryder's Azure Data Lake, focusing on supply chain use cases.

You will collaborate with Data Analysts and Scientists to shape data into intuitive visuals, drive ad-hoc analysis, and support strategic decisions across Ryder's operations, while advancing data maturity and reporting capabilities. Experience with cloud analytics, ETL tools, and strong business acumen is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent.
• Two (2) years or moreApplied Project(s) experience in digital transformation or data management.
• Two (2) years or more (2-4 years) experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis; cloud experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Dashboards by understanding business needs and translate data into visualizations.
• Engage the business, prioritizing ad-hoc requests and innovative solutions.
• Understand Ryder's supply chain domain and data ecosystem.
• Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core functionality.
