Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Data Analyst II to deliver business solutions via a Power BI experience for the operations team. You will shape data into a crisp design and build dashboards and reports on Ryder's Azure Data Lake to drive analytics initiatives and strategic decisions.

You will become a domain expert in supply chains, collaborating with analysts and scientists to tackle complex problems and push data to new levels using cutting-edge tools and an agile approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent
• Two (2) years or more Applied Project(s) Experience: digital transformation, data management in education/project or intern environment required.
• Two (2) years or more 2-4 years' experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis; cloud experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Dashboards by understanding business needs, interpret the integrated data and translate this into usable visualizations to drive business decisions.
• Engage the business, evaluating needs and ad-hoc requests to prioritize product efforts creating new innovative solutions.
• Knowledge of the Ryder Business, understanding the complexity of the supply chain world and the role that data has within this ecosystem.
• Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize the core value add functionality enabling a multiplier effect.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
