The role involves designing critical dashboards and reports, performing ad-hoc analysis, and collaborating with Data Analysts and Scientists to exploit data for business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience building BI solutions with Power BI/Tableau and cloud data environments.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards by understanding business needs and convert data into usable visuals.
• Engage stakeholders to prioritize ad-hoc requests and create innovative solutions.
• Understand Ryder's supply chain domain and data ecosystem to drive analytics initiatives.
