Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst II to deliver final business solutions to the operations team through a Power BI experience.

You will shape data into a usable design and become a domain expert of supply chains, working with Ryder's Azure Data Lake to drive analytics initiatives. Design critical dashboards, reports and queries to inform decisions, perform ad-hoc analysis, and explore descriptive and prescriptive insights for internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Two (2) years or more Applied Project(s) Experience: digital transformation and data management in educational/project or intern environment.
• Two (2) years or more 2-4 years' experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business; cloud experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Dashboards by understanding business needs, interpret the integrated data and translate this into usable visualizations to drive business decisions.
• Engage the business, evaluating their needs and ad-hoc requests to prioritize product efforts creating new innovative solutions.
• Knowledge of Ryder's Business and the supply chain ecosystem; data role within it.
• Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core value-add functionality.
