The City of New York is seeking a Community Coordinator to support homeless placement services and housing access programs within HPD. You will manage data, coordinate project intake, and collaborate with managing agents and DSS to ensure referrals and placements are accurate and timely.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in housing programs, data reporting, and cross-team coordination. You will maintain databases, generate reports, and help ensure compliance with NYC housing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in community work or housing programs or an equivalent combination.
• Experience with data management, reporting, and performance metrics is preferred.
• Knowledge of NYC affordable housing programs and regulations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain tracking systems and databases for HPS projects, units, referrals, and placements.
• Generate and distribute internal and external reports on targets, workload, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and reporting tools for leadership.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate project intake with managing agents and ensure readiness and inspections.
• Provide cross-team data support and respond to data requests from leadership.
