Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of community work or related activities.
• High school graduation or equivalent with six years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education/experience with at least one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to Federal, State and City policies and regulations impacting HPD's rental subsidy programs.
• Communicate relevant information to staff administering HPD’s programs and act as a liaison within HPD.
• Produce reports, memos, training materials and spreadsheets as required.
• Support special projects including new rental assistance program development and administration.
