Job summary

WM, based in Houston, Texas, seeks a Manager to coordinate the operational delivery of the Data & AI Platforms function. You will connect business stakeholders with technical teams and service providers to ensure reliable platform services and aligned delivery.

Reporting to the Director, Data & AI Platforms, the role requires leading reviews, managing vendor/MSP relationships, and driving continuous improvements across platform engineering, DataOps, DevOps, governance, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/MIS/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for business, technology, and enterprise stakeholders regarding Data & AI platform services.
• Translate needs and risks into actionable items for technical teams and vendors.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews, roadmaps, and service-performance meetings.
• Oversee MSP operations, reviews, and ensure alignment with contracts and SLAs.
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and licensing discussions.
• Coordinate across platform engineering, DataOps, DevOps, security, and governance teams.
