Job summary

WM in Houston, TX is seeking a Manager, Data & AI Platform to coordinate the operational delivery of the Data & AI Platforms function and serve as the main link between business stakeholders, technical teams, MSPs, and vendors.

The role reports to the Director, Data & AI Platforms and will lead governance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement across platforms with a strong focus on reliability, security, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in CS/MIS/Business Admin or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in relevant operations or platform management.
• Experience with cloud, data, analytics, or BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Oversee MSP operations, SLAs, incidents, and reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract obligations.
• Enable technical teams by removing blockers and aligning priorities.
• Develop platform governance, metrics, and reporting practices.
