Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Data & AI Go-to-Market Leader (Sr. Principal) for Georgia/Alabama, based in Atlanta. You will drive regional sales strategy, architect data and AI solutions, and lead executive-level technical conversations with CXOs and senior technology leaders.

You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and partners to shape offerings, co-create joint GTM motions, and own the technical vision from discovery to close.

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years in Managed or IT Professional Consulting.
10+ years of data, analytics, cloud, and AI solution architecture experience.
Proven ability to lead technical GTM, pre-sales, and executive conversations.

Responsibilities

Define regional GTM offerings and reference architectures aligned with Data & AI strategy.
Partner with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic for joint GTM.
Represent Slalom as a technical thought leader at conferences and briefings.
Own technical contribution to sales growth, pipeline, and deal pursuit.
Shape multi-capability data/AI solutions and mentor the team.
Design end-to-end data platforms and AI solution architectures.
