Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Senior Consultant to drive transformation for Financial Services clients, blending strategy, data, and AI-enabled solutions. You will shape growth, optimize operations, and partner with senior stakeholders across Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, Wealth, and Insurance.

The role emphasizes executive presence, rigorous analysis, and cross-functional delivery, with opportunities to contribute to proposals and thought leadership while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• MBA from a leading accredited university.
• 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation, or Financial Services advisory.
• Experience within Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, Wealth Management, and/or Insurance.
• Experience leveraging Data, Analytics, AI, GenAI, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior business stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic transformation initiatives across Banking and Insurance clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies.
• Develop business cases, growth strategies, and transformation roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Data, Analytics, AI, and Generative AI to create business value.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, financial analysis, and problem-solving activities.
• Develop executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable client outcomes.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership efforts.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and methodologies to enhance consulting delivery.
