Job summary

Slalom, LLC is seeking a Senior Principal or Director to lead Data & AI go-to-market for the NorCal region. This role focuses on building a high-performing GTM team, driving revenue growth, and partnering with top technology providers to deliver data and AI solutions.

You will shape regional capability strategies, pursue demand generation, and align with sales and marketing to position Slalom as a trusted innovation partner across the Bay Area. Extensive travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in leadership roles; consulting experience preferred.
• Experience driving capability revenue objectives $2M–$5M.
• Leadership in data architecture, engineering, and strategy.
• Extensive partnerships with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, OpenAI and others.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data & AI go-to-market in NorCal; build a high-performing team.
• Drive sales growth; manage opportunity pipeline through to closure.
• Collaborate with partners and client teams to identify opportunities and outcomes.
• Develop and mentor a small delivery-focused capability team.
