Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Acquisition to grow our credit data assets by expanding high-value targets and managing key provider relationships. You will guide cross-functional teams, align data requirements with use cases, and lead analysts to achieve participation and data quality goals.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field and 5+ years in leadership and data-focused roles, with strong communication and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, account management, business development, or vendor management, preferably in the B2B data space.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience with a proven track record of leading, developing, and providing direct feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify relevant data sources and stay updated with emerging data trends, regulations, and reporting frameworks.
• Effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison for critical providers, uncovering risks and opportunities through regular touchpoints.
• Identify participation growth, efficiency, and/or sales opportunities.
• Work across departments to gather use cases and data requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance and support to drive performance and professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture.
