Job summary

DoorDash is hiring for the Dasher Tasks team in the United States. You will own end-to-end workstreams, design operations, launch pilots, and scale what works, with emphasis on new task types and potential international expansion.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, analytics, or similar fast-growth environments.
• Data-fluent and analytical, able to pull data in SQL and model in Excel/Sheets.
• Ownership mentality in ambiguity: structured, resourceful, biased to action, detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate analysis and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end workstreams across Dasher Tasks, from hypothesis to launch and scale.
• Pull real-world data, define KPIs, and drive decisions with data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and leadership to build playbooks.
• Turn pilots into durable processes that Dashers and customers use within weeks.
