Job summary

DoorDash is expanding its Dasher Tasks program. As an Associate you will own a slice of the end-to-end effort—from sizing opportunities and designing the operation to launching pilots and scaling successful initiatives.

The focus will shift to new task types, pilots, or international market expansion. Within the first 90 days you will learn the business, shadow live operations, and by day 60 own a workstream or pilot, reporting to the Manager on the Dasher Tasks with the Dasher and Logistics

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in strategy & operations, analytics, consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startup/ops environments.
• Data-fluent and analytical; comfortable pulling data in SQL and modeling in Excel/Sheets to drive decisions.
• Ownership mentality in ambiguity: structured, resourceful, bias to action, willing to dive into details with high operational quality.

Responsibilities

• Own a workstream or pilot end-to-end, from sizing the opportunity to designing the operation and scaling the solution.
• Collaborate with the Dasher Tasks and Logistics teams; learn the metrics, tooling, and shadow live operations to deliver measurable improvements.
