You will collaborate with tech teams to troubleshoot platform-specific problems, educate users on new features, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a seamless international transition with a comprehensive relocation package.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support preferred
• Interest in FinTech and digital financial trends

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level assistance to clients regarding digital banking platforms and fintech applications.
