Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish Speaking Solutions Consultant to join its international Customer Support Services team in Bulgaria. You will be the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, delivering high-level technical and administrative support and ensuring outstanding service delivery.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers, providing high-level technical and administrative support.
• Resolve complex inquiries through multiple channels, maintaining the high standards expected in the Customer Support Services industry.
• Document all interactions accurately within the CRM to ensure a seamless service experience for every client.
• Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate with internal departments to implement long-term service improvements.
• Contribute to team KPIs by maintaining high service efficiency and customer satisfaction scores.
• Provide expert guidance to clients, ensuring they get the most value out of our service offerings.
