You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, maintain Danish language communication standards, and work with international teams to meet targets. Training and a performance-based bonus are provided.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate with the team.
• Valid EU passport or residency status allowing work in Bulgaria.
• Proven experience in the customer support services industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Represent our premium clients by maintaining high communication standards in Danish.
