Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish Speaking Support Specialist to join their team in Bulgaria. The role focuses on delivering expert-level support to Danish-speaking clients across phone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

You will document interactions in the CRM, collaborate with internal teams for process improvements, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to consistently meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish, spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with empathy.
• Proactive, able to multitask across channels (phone, email, chat).
• Experience in Customer Support Services is advantageous.
• Proficiency with modern digital tools and CRMs.
