Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish Speaking Support Specialist to join our international Client Support team in Bulgaria. You will be the primary contact for Danish-speaking clients, handling queries via phone, email and live chat, and ensuring high service standards.

You will document interactions in our CRM, collaborate with internal teams on improvements, and stay up-to-date with product knowledge to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong proficiency in modern digital tools and multi-tasking abilities.
